Spent four days levelling up with a great group of Zenthai Shiatsu therapists at the Fluid Flow Training on Mt. Ninderry, led by Gwyn Williams. This little slice of paradise is where I drop into every once and a while. I don’t practice to the public much these days, just exclusive clients; close friends and family. Life is busy with other projects. And rather than put the pressure of making it a business, I’m happy to keep it a passion project. But I love keeping up practice. It’s an art. Movement art, mixed with science, and a bit of good ju ju. It’s fun to bring my camera to these gatherings, because you always capture some rawness.
